Quality and Security Policy.

Anie Consultant INC · Virtual assistance services.

Quality in virtual assistance

Anie Consultant INC approaches virtual assistance through a documented scope, clear task instructions, agreed review points, and a defined route for questions or corrections. Administrative work, real estate records, inbox support, bookkeeping preparation, and content tasks should be checked against the requirements agreed for the engagement.

Controlled access to client systems

Access should be limited to the tasks assigned, using individual accounts, role-based permissions, and multi-factor authentication where supported. Clients should share documents and credentials only through agreed secure channels, not through the public enquiry form. Permissions should be reviewed when responsibilities change and removed when access is no longer required.

Confidentiality and incident handling

Only the client information necessary for the agreed work should be accessed or retained. Device requirements, file-sharing arrangements, backup ownership, and record retention should be addressed before work begins. Suspected loss, unauthorised access, or disclosure affecting client information should be escalated through the agreed contact and incident-response process.

Service-specific commitments

Review frequency, response hours, availability, security requirements, and continuity arrangements depend on the signed service agreement. Clients remain responsible for approvals and for the security of systems they control unless expressly agreed otherwise. This policy describes an operating approach; it does not claim external certification or guarantee that every security risk can be eliminated.
